Company Structure

Our History

Home Insulation Services set up as an insulation company over 20 years ago as a one man company, over the last 20 years we have expanded into Heating systems and Renewable Energy solutions, growing to a workforce of approximately 200 members of staff.

Employee Owned

In 2008 we started our transition into employee ownership aided by Baxi Partnerships. We intend to be completely employee owned by August 2010, with all employees sharing in the success of the company.

Expansion

Nurtured in the North West, HIS Group has expanded throughout the company with a branch in Midlands and a branch in South West. We currently have 4 sites, and due to brilliant business opportunities are looking to expand our UK coverage to allow us to use our expertise to aid people all across the country.
