HIS Group are seeking a Telesales Administrator for our Insulation department based at our Kirkham office.

Working hours: Flexible hours within our core business hours of 08:00 - 18:00

Job Description
HIS Insulation is one of the UKs Largest Energy Efficiency Installers we are currently seeking highly motivated individuals who have the ability to work under pressure, are reliable with a good telephone manner with the ability to succeed.
We require individuals to make customers aware of the cost saving grants currently available and securing appointments for our team of surveyors.
Successful candidates will need to be able to prioritise workloads and achieve department KPI’s. Experience preferred but not essential, however communication skills and a good telephone manner is a must.
